Sometimes last week, top comedian
Eric Omondi reported that his
Facebook page with more than 500,
000 likes had been hacked by an
unknown person who was posting
weird message.
Speaking to VibeWeekly , the
sensational comedian said that he
was able to regain control of the
page after parting with some cash.
“The guy who took it got in touch
and demanded for money and i
paid up”.
Eric was unwilling to disclose how
much he had to part with, but we
can assume it was a generous sum.
The page is very instrumental as it
is his marketing and branding tool.
Definitely he’ll be more careful
next time before typing that
password.
